Acceptance of Terms
By registering and using YaarWin at officialyaarwin.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our platform. Eligibility
To use YaarWin, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of India
- Have a valid Indian mobile number
- Have a valid bank account or UPI ID
- Not be listed on any gambling exclusion list
- Not be accessing from a jurisdiction where colour prediction gaming is prohibited
By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.
Account Registration
Each user is allowed one account only. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, phone number or bank account is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. YaarWin is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Minimum deposit: ₹100
Minimum withdrawal: ₹100
All deposits and withdrawals are processed via UPI or bank transfer. You must bind a valid Indian bank account or UPI ID to withdraw funds.
YaarWin reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Withdrawal processing time: within 5 minutes for verified accounts under normal conditions.
Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions as stated in each promotion. YaarWin reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
Abuse of bonuses including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus amounts.
Bonus amounts may have wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
Referral Program Rules
Referral bonuses are paid only for genuine referrals. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Self-referrals using multiple accounts
- Referring fake or inactive accounts
- Using the same IP, device or bank details across referred accounts
- Any form of referral fraud or manipulation
Violation of referral rules will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all referral earnings.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on YaarWin:
- Creating multiple accounts
- Using bots, scripts or automated tools
- Exploiting platform bugs or glitches
- Collusion with other players
- Money laundering or fraudulent deposits
- Sharing account access with others
- Using VPN to circumvent restrictions
- Any form of cheating or manipulation
Violation of any prohibition will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
Platform Availability
YaarWin strives to maintain 24/7 platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates or modifications at any time. YaarWin is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime.
Limitation of Liability
YaarWin is not liable for:
- Financial losses from gameplay
- Technical errors beyond our control
- Third-party service failures
- Losses from unauthorized account access
- Any indirect or consequential damages
Your use of YaarWin is entirely at your own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of YaarWin shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
